Stainless steel tube machining to your drawing

From technical enquiry to finished component: we turn the tube into a concrete, precise solution ready for your application.

Everything we can do
on a tube, in five chapters.

Each process is developed around your industry and the finished component you need.

High-quality laser cutting

Cutting accuracy, clean edges and no burrs: a result that immediately improves component quality and workability.

We laser cut tubes to a length tolerance of 0.2 mm, with completely burr-free results.

This process is especially valued in furniture and mechanical engineering, where cutting accuracy, edge quality and overall finish directly affect assembly and the visual quality of the component.

Tube bending without cosmetic defects

Controlled geometry and consistent surface quality, even where appearance is part of the end result.

Our bending processes are developed to preserve the geometric continuity and surface quality of the tube.

In taps and fittings and in medical devices, the tube often has to keep not just its technical function but also a high visual and surface quality. That is why our bends are free from cosmetic defects, delivering a component that meets both the application requirements and the required quality level.

Threading and turning for technical components

When the tube has to become a function, we machine it to define its geometry, accuracy and end use.

We carry out threading and turning to produce parts for technical and industrial applications.

These operations are mainly used in the automotive industry, where the tube often has to become a functional component with defined geometry, dimensions and details. This way we can supply not just the tube but a part that is already machined and ready for the next stages or for final use.

TIG and laser welding on tube

Welded joints and end caps on stainless steel tube, carried out in-house to your drawing or specification.

We carry out TIG and laser welding in-house on stainless steel tubes and microtubes, with parameters set according to grade, wall thickness and tube diameter.

Our most frequent request is welding an end cap onto the tube: the weld seam closes the tube and the part leaves our workshop ready for assembly, with no intermediate steps at other suppliers.

By combining welding with cutting, bending and finishing, we supply finished parts made directly to your drawing or specification.

Tube end forming and tapering

Diameter reductions, tapers and flares on tube ends, preparing the part for assembly with other components.

We carry out tube end forming in-house: diameter reductions, tapering and flaring by plastic deformation, with no material removal.

Tapering creates a smooth lead-in at the tube end and prepares it for insertion or assembly with fittings, bushes and other components, reducing work at the assembly stage.

End geometry, formed length and taper angle are defined to your drawing or specification, so the part arrives ready for the next stages.

Machining developed around your industry

Every industry asks for something different: we adapt machining, finishes and processes to how the component must actually perform.

Understanding the end application

Machining quality depends not only on the machine but on understanding what the part really has to do in service.

Defining the expected result

Each process is defined from the result the component must deliver: accuracy, finish, appearance or ease of integration into your production.

An integrated, high-value department

This approach has built a machining department that turns tube into a high value-added product matching the customer's real needs.

The right process starts with understanding the application

For us, machining a tube means developing a more complete, more precise solution that fits your real needs. Tell us about your project and we will define the right process together.
