2. Personal data collected

The website collects personal data only through the contact form on the Contact page and in the quote section of the home page. The data collected are:

• first and last name;
• email address;
• company name;
• telephone number (country code and number);
• any quantity and project description (free-text fields);
• any file attached by the user (max 4 MB).

The website does not collect browsing data: no traffic analysis, profiling or user-tracking tools are active.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

The personal data collected are processed in order to:

• respond to requests for contact, information or quotes sent through the form (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject);
• comply with legal obligations to which Rigamonti S.r.l. is subject (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Providing the data marked as mandatory in the form is necessary to handle the request: if they are not provided, Rigamonti S.r.l. will be unable to respond.

4. Processing methods

Data are processed electronically, using appropriate technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, destruction or disclosure.

5. Retention period

Data are kept for as long as strictly necessary to handle the user's request and, after that, for the period required by tax, accounting and civil-law obligations (normally 10 years). After this period the data are deleted or anonymised.

6. Recipients and third-party providers

To provide the website service, Rigamonti S.r.l. uses the following providers, acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and content delivery via CDN;
• Resend, Inc. (USA) — sending the emails generated by the contact forms;
• Google LLC (USA) — delivery of the Material Icons via the fonts.googleapis.com CDN (static CSS files only; no cookies are set).

Using these providers involves a transfer of personal data to the United States of America. The transfer complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which the providers listed above have adhered, ensuring a level of data protection deemed adequate by the European Commission under Art. 45 GDPR.

7. Cookies

This website does not use cookies of any kind — technical, analytics or profiling. No first-party or third-party tools for tracking or analysing user behaviour are installed.

8. Rights of the data subject

Users may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15-22 GDPR at any time, including:

• the right of access to personal data;
• the right to rectification of inaccurate data;
• the right to erasure («right to be forgotten»);
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to data portability;
• the right to object to processing.

To exercise these rights, simply send a request by email to info@rigamonti-obr.it. Requests will be handled within the time limits set by law (normally within 30 days).

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Rigamonti S.r.l. reserves the right to update this policy at any time, publishing the changes on this page. The date of the last update is shown below.

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Italian version shall prevail.
