OBR was founded in 1960 as a specialist in high-precision machining, working mainly with CNC equipment — machining centres, lathes, milling machines and grinders.
Always looking for new markets and innovative techniques, RIGAMONTI went on to specialise in manufacturing high-precision stainless steel tubes and microtubes, with dimensions and tolerances that meet the needs of customers in demanding industries. This is how the Tube Drawing Division was born.
In 1996, a company policy of reinvesting in research, development and quality management led to new milestones: Rigamonti was among the first companies in Italy to achieve EN ISO 9001 quality management certification.
