Precision stainless steel tubes, cold drawn in Italy

When the semi-finished tube is right from the start, every downstream process becomes simpler, more stable and more reliable.

Tubes engineered for technical and industrial applications

We manufacture precision stainless steel tubes, welded and redrawn or seamless, cold drawn for applications where dimensional accuracy, surface quality and downstream processing must match the final design exactly.

In tubing, the quality of the semi-finished product directly determines the final result. That is why we pair tube production with in-house machining and finishing, so we can supply not only the tube but also semi-finished or finished components.

From tube to finished component

We do not stop at supplying the tube: we can take your part all the way to its final configuration.

Bending, turning, mirror polishing, laser cutting, welding, tapering and flaring — the tube becomes a semi-finished part or a finished component that already fits your application.

Tooling designed in-house

When a process calls for it, we also design the tools needed to carry it out properly.

We build dedicated tooling for special operations on medium and large production runs — for more flexibility, consistent output and full control over the end result.

Precision stainless steel tubes: frequently asked questions

What is the difference between welded and redrawn and seamless stainless steel tubes?

A welded and redrawn tube starts from stainless steel strip that is formed and longitudinally welded, then cold drawn to its final size: drawing makes the weld zone uniform with the rest of the tube and allows tight tolerances. A seamless and redrawn tube starts without a weld seam and is also cold drawn to its final size. We produce both; the choice depends on operating pressure, downstream processing and the customer's specification.

What dimensional tolerances can you achieve?

Our standard diameter tolerance is ± 0.03 mm; for the most critical applications we reach ± 0.015 mm.

What lengths do you supply?

We cut to length from 1 mm up to 6000 mm. Catalogue items are normally available in standard lengths of 3 and 6 metres.

Which stainless steel grades do you use?

Standard grades are AISI 304 (1.4301), 304L (1.4307), 316 (1.4401), 316L (1.4404) and 321 (1.4541); Duplex, Superduplex, Inconel and special steels are available on request. An EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificate is available on request.

Can you supply the tube already machined?

Yes. In our own workshop we carry out laser cutting, bending, threading and turning, TIG and laser welding, end forming and tapering, up to the finished component made to your drawing or specification.

A technical solution built to your specification

To us a tube is not a standard product but a solution built around your real requirements: diameter, wall thickness, grade, tolerance, finish, machining and end use.
